Arataki Lavender
1 hour / Late Nov to mid-Feb
Experience a seasonal one-hour guided tour of the lavender fields from late November to mid-February. The story of our lavender farm is shared as you walk amongst 5,000 plus lavender plants.
The opportunity to purchase lavender products is available, as is the chance to try our famous Lavender Lemonade.
At the end of the tour, you are free to wander through the lavender fields and on a short track to a picnic area amongst the forest.
Facilities include an outdoor composting toilet.
The income from our farm tours goes directly back into our conservation and regeneration programme.

Arataki Conservation
2 hrs / Oct to Mar
Experience a two-hour guided tour of the conservation aspects of the property from October to March. The story of our efforts to return the property to its pre-European tūnga, are shared as you explore the regenerating forest.
A picnic lunch in the regenerating forest (pre-booked) is an optional extra and the opportunity to purchase lavender products is available on all experiences.
All experiences over two hours include complimentary morning or afternoon tea.

Arataki Akaroa Harbour
3 hrs or Full Day / Oct to Mar
Experience a guided tour of Akaroa Harbour, either three hours or all day, from October to March. The many stories of the harbour, whenua and nuinga of this place are brought to life through our innovative and passionate story telling.
A picnic lunch is included on the all-day experience, and the opportunity to purchase lavender products is available on all experiences.
All experiences over two hours include complimentary morning or afternoon tea.
